Our Strategic Priorities

We envision a future where young individuals with learning disabilities and difficulties can not only secure employment but also thrive in all aspects of life.

To turn this vision into reality, we must tackle the concerning 31% employment rate for neurodiverse individuals by delivering the vital ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and neurodivergent support they deserve.

By ensuring that all young neurodivergent people receive the necessary assistance, we can work towards alleviating the mental health challenges, addiction issues, homelessness, and incarceration risks that often impact their lives.

The traditional employment model doesn't work for the neurodivergent, and we are here to help build one that does.

Programmes & Workshops

We support neurodivergent individuals through in-person workshops covering areas such as wellness, nutrition, therapy, and meditation. Our friendly mentors also work with you to build job skills and workplace strategies, while our casual online and in-person peer groups connect you with a community that truly understands.
