Our Strategic Priorities

We envision a future where young individuals with learning disabilities and difficulties can not only secure employment but also thrive in all aspects of life. To turn this vision into reality, we must address the concerning statistic of only 31% employment rates among neurodiverse individuals and provide them with the support and resources they deserve.

By ensuring that all young neurodivergent people receive the necessary assistance, we can work towards alleviating the mental health challenges, addiction issues, homelessness, and incarceration risks that often impact their lives. The traditional employment model doesn't work for the neurodivergnet, and we are here to help build one that does.
