Our Programmes & Workshops

Empowering neurodivergent young adults to build community, nurture health, and achieve career success on their own terms.

Our sessions are delivered through a combination of online and telephone services, alongside in-person programmes that connect you with local communities. Led by mentors with shared lived experiences, our workshops are casual, supportive, and completely free.

Nurturing your physical and mental health is at the core of what we do.

Employment & Career Support

We help you remove obstacles to employment so you can thrive in traditional job tracks, self-employment, or entrepreneurship.

  • Professional Lived-Experience Mentoring: Partner with established neurodivergent professionals who truly understand the unique strengths and hurdles of a neurodivergent mind. They combine general career development and professional mentor teachings with the real-world tools and strategies they used to overcome their own neurodivergent struggles in the workplace.

  • Job Skills & Workplace Strategies: Work in-person or in groups to develop tailored productivity, organisation, and project management skills. This includes interactive workshops covering CV creation, interview prep, assistive tech toolkits, self-employment pathways, and structured "body-doubling" co-working sessions.

  • Reasonable Adjustments Advice: Learn how to identify, understand, and confidently request workplace adjustments that support your daily workflow.

  • The Talent Portal: Showcase your unique work, bio, and talents directly to inclusive employers and potential clients.

Community

We bring people together to build lasting confidence and self-belief.

  • Peer Groups: In-person meet-ups where you can share practical life strategies, make meaningful connections, and build a supportive community of people who truly understand your experiences.

  • Task-Trading & Life Admin Workshops: Facilitated, workshops designed to tackle overwhelming tasks such as managing paperwork, budgeting, organising digital files, or setting up utilities. These collaborative sessions allow you to team up and "trade" tasks with others, matching what you struggle with against someone else's natural strengths so you can get things done together.

  • Community portal: Gain exclusive access to our secure digital space built entirely for neurodivergent young adults. This portal allows you to safely chat with peers, share resources, and stay connected with the community at your own pace between physical meetups

Nutrition Workshop

We are thrilled to share that our nutritionist will be presenting an engaging discussion on accessible neurodivergent support at our upcoming workshop.

By taking a holistic approach to early intervention, individuals with ADHD can be empowered to make positive changes in their eating habits. It's essential to recognise that many individuals with ASD may face challenges with food textures, impacting their dietary choices.

Moreover, those with neurodivergent conditions may lean towards processed foods over fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, potentially leading to digestive issues.

Our workshop will address these concerns, offering valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance nutritional intake and overall well-being for individuals with neurodivergent conditions.

Meditation Workshop

Our meditation class is a welcoming space for beginners of all levels. In this session, we guide neurodivergent individuals through the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation, helping them feel at ease with quiet reflection and calmness.

Participants will learn easy poses and breathing exercises to centre the body and focus on the mind's inner workings. By the end of the class, attendees will have the tools and knowledge to practice meditation and mindfulness at home, gradually integrating these practices into their daily lives.

This course is designed for those who are new to meditation but are eager to experience its positive effects.

The Task Collective
A Peer Support & Life Admin Meetup

If you feel completely overwhelmed by everyday life admin, you are definitely not alone. Sorting paperwork, figuring out budgets, organising digital files, or calling utility companies can make any neurodivergent mind hit a wall of task paralysis.

But you do not have to tackle them by yourself! This is a casual, relaxed peer space designed to bring people together to help one another out and make real connections.

It is a supportive, low-pressure hangout where we team up to "trade" tasks. You can match something you completely hate doing against someone else’s natural strengths, so you can get things done together.

Come along to share easy strategies, hang out with new friends, and clear your to-do list in a warm, friendly space where you truly belong.

CV & Portfolio Workshop

Getting a CV together or trying to figure out how to showcase your work can feel really daunting.

This is a casual, relaxed workshop designed specifically for neurodivergent 18–30 year olds to take the stress out of job hunting whether you are right at the very beginning of your career, or navigating your next steps.

We will have an experienced job coach on hand to guide you, alongside peers who truly understand.

You can bring whatever you have be it is a blank page, an old draft, or some rough ideas and get some friendly, practical feedback.

Together, we will help you translate your unique talents, personal projects, and alternative experiences into strengths that stand out to employers.
