  • Oversaw two Primary PGCE programmes, helping students and academic staff with queries, and submissions

  • Organised and took minutes in meetings ranging from 2 to 100 participants

  • Maintained multiple large Excel spreadsheets documenting the students grades and placement locations

  • Improved the efficiency of the placement data collection process, reducing errors, and automating database creation
