André Stuté

A man with short gray hair and blue eyes, wearing a black shirt, standing in front of bookshelves filled with books and colorful items.

André holds a BSc in psychology and has extensive experience working on charity projects both internationally and within the UK, focusing on strategy, communications, and marketing for non-profits and charities that support young adults.

André's background is in marketing and communications, but he's passionate about supporting young adults with neurodiversity. As a member of a neurodivergent community and someone who was diagnosed at a young age, he brings personal experience to his work. Witnessing the impact of the setbacks neurodiverse individuals can face firsthand, he has committed himself to assisting neurodivergent young adults during a critical stage in their lives.

André believes that in a rapidly changing world, it is crucial to adapt to the evolving needs of individuals with learning disabilities and find ways to support them while also educating employers and society as a whole on their unique strengths and challenges.
