Vita has a background in holistic wellness with qualifications as a Nutritionist so health and mental wellbeing is at the core of her belief system.

Having enjoyed a career as a teacher before co-founding a successful London business and thriving as the creative director, she now focuses on family life with two neurodiverse children.

As a mother and full-time carer, it gives her first hand experience - channeling patience, empathy, acceptance and a passionate understanding of neurodivergent needs.
